About Me

I turn complex business problems into products that shape how organizations operate at scale.

My product philosophy is grounded in a simple ethos: building products is about people. I start by understanding what users genuinely want and need, then turn that understanding into experiences that deliver measurable value.

My strength lies in connecting product strategy, design, operations, and AI. I build products, teams, and systems that help organizations innovate at scale without losing sight of the people they serve. Across everything I do, one thing remains constant: my commitment to the real people who use what I build.

Over the past several years, I’ve built and led product, design, and operations teams at Neiman Marcus, Robert Half, 3N Product Experience Lab, Reliance Matrix, and Zscaler. I’m passionate about creating products that produce meaningful outcomes for users, businesses, and the world around them.

Outside of work, I spend as much time as I can with my wife, Jocelynn, and our daughters, Shiloh and Lennon. In a previous life, I was a professional musician. I still play guitar and synthesizer, usually somewhere in the world of shoegaze and dream pop.
